WAPRO's annual Spring Training event is for Public Records Officers at every level of experience. Come together with an impressive group of expert PROs to share new data and discuss how new technological advancements will impact organizational and structural processes with record-keeping. Program
Join us for a full day of informative sessions, with both general sessions and breakout sessions on specialized topics that will be important for you and your team. This program will be submitted for CLE and CMC/MMC credits.
Meals Provided: A continental breakfast will begin at 8:00 AM. There will be also be a morning coffee break, lunch buffet and an afternoon snack break.

Getting it Right from the Start: Adequate Searches, Reasonable Estimates, and Documenting Fullest Assistance
This session will offer tips and tools for scoping and conducting searches, using organizational rules, workload statistics, and time and cost studies to support estimates, and documenting internal and external communications to avoid litigation and defend your agency if sued.
